From the beginning, he showed little enthusiasm and provided minimal insight into Moroccan culture or customs. Communication was a daily challenge—his English was very difficult to understand, and we often had to guess what he meant. He rarely offered information unless asked, and even then, it was limited. Overall, his presence added no real value to the group experience.

To start, the itinerary felt like it was padded with places that weren't particularly interesting, such as Mai Chau Hideaway. It seemed like they added these stops just to fill the schedule, rather than curating a more engaging experience. Often, the only activities available were the optional ones, which you had to pay extra for. It felt like there were too many opportunities to spend more money rather than enjoy the tour.
